There are three words that form this base: experience, passion and hard work and have unified the three men friends and cousins who have finally realised their dream.

Jose Ratero ‘stumbled into it’ when still young and in charge of a large domaine in Bourgogne before coming to Aude to see if the grass were greener and the climate gentler.

Herve Gantier puts to good use his affability on the commercial front meeting with distributors in France and abroad.

Patrick Brignoli who background is in restauration is in charge of communications and is president of a group of societies and well placed to take up the reins.

Domaine Sainte Eugénie

Le Domaine de St Eugenie is situated between l’Abbey de Fontfroide and Narbonne in the Commune of Bizanet right in the heart of Cathar country on the terroir de Fontfroide.
