Situated 3 km outside the village opposite the Monastery of Gaussan this Domaine benefits from a terroir of  pink sandstone well exposed producing aromatic wines with subtle tannin flavours.

We favour environmentally friendly wine growing methods.

We vinify our AOC wine ourselves and have 8ha of vineyards in production.

AOC Corbieres Red; picked when the grapes have reached maturity vinification is carried out traditionally, with a long maceration period, temperature control, matured in oak vats.
