Varieties: Syrah, Mouvedre, Carignan, Grenache
Harvest: the grapes are picked by hand and then transported to the cave in small containers preventing crushing.
Vinification: carbonic maceration 10 to 15 days in the vat
Taste: ruby red robe, aroma of red berries and spices. Tannin in evidence. Long in the mouth.
Can be stored for up to 5 years.
Drink with red meats, game (sauce), cheese
